Read the digital offer directly
In its quality-and-download forum answer, the AKIBA PASS team says downloads are MP4 files available after purchase, not rental, and that its platform offers stereo rather than 5.1 audio. Those are digital-service statements. A disc product’s technical description answers a different question.
If a particular sound format is essential, resolve that requirement before buying. Do not treat a film title appearing on both disc and streaming storefronts as proof that the files, tracks or presentation are identical.
Keep the enquiry about the right specification
If the question is missing surround sound, mention the provider’s stereo statement and the exact product rather than describing every quiet or different-sounding scene as a fault. If the file will not open, record the file type, device, player and message. Those are separate issues.
A legitimately obtained MP4 also does not establish universal television compatibility. Consult the intended device’s current official file support. Keep the purchase reference with your records so the origin and edition remain clear later.
