Describe the demand first
A wholesale discussion needs a clear unit: accounts, subscription terms, credits or a separately agreed service. A quantity alone does not establish the product being purchased. Explain the markets, the duration mix and the operational requirement before asking for a quotation.
Separate scale from the terms
A larger order does not automatically establish a lower unit price, exclusivity, priority support or a service-level agreement. Request the actual package total, any minimum quantity, payment schedule, delivery process and the rules for unused capacity. Keep all comparisons in the same currency and for the same unit.
Resolve operational responsibility
Agree who handles customer access, support escalation, account changes and record retention. If credits are involved, obtain the deduction and expiry rules in writing before making a cost model.
Send the requirement
- The product or account type you want quoted.
- The quantity and expected activation period.
- The territories and devices involved.
- The written commercial and support terms required.
