Find AKIBA PASS TV purchases outside My List

Use the documented transaction and purchased-library destinations when an acquired film or season does not appear in the ordinary list feature.

A missing list entry can be expected

AKIBA PASS TV’s official moderator FAQ says My List does not work for rented or purchased products. It directs web viewers to account settings and transactions, and app viewers to Library and Purchased. A film absent from the ordinary list is therefore not enough evidence that its transaction failed.

Start with the receipt and account rather than a new checkout. Confirm the precise film or season you acquired, including any edition label. Then use the relevant destination on the screen you are operating.

Separate discovery from the access record

Treat a browse list as a way to remember interest and a transaction record as the reference for an acquired product. That distinction keeps a broken or inapplicable list button from turning into a second payment. Inspect the actual item in the acquired-library route.

If the product is present but cannot play, record that result separately. “Missing from My List”, “absent from transactions” and “visible but locked” are different support questions. Repeating the same list action will not clarify all three.

Keep a useful return note

After finding the product, record its title, season, account and library destination in your own viewing note. For a series, add the last episode completed. This gives the next session a clear starting point even if discovery rows have moved around.

If the transaction itself is missing, provide the purchasing reference through official support. For a shop code, retain both the shop order and platform redemption history. This article follows the documented account route; it does not claim that a payment or code has been checked on your behalf.

Questions answered

Does a missing My List item prove missing access?

No. The FAQ says that feature does not apply to these transaction products.

What is the documented app destination?

Library, then Purchased; use the account’s current labels if the interface changes.
