Look at the address scheme
A browser editor or player may show an address beginning with blob:. That address is an object identifier associated with data or a media source in a browser context. It is not the same thing as a durable HTTPS page that another person can open. Copying the text into an email or bookmark does not package the underlying video with it.
MDN documents that blob URLs depend on a backing object and have lifecycle and storage-partitioning rules. Applications can revoke them, and browsers release them when the creating document is unloaded. These mechanisms explain why a preview address can stop working without any change to the original file's ownership or a subscription's end date.
A hypothetical browser edit
Imagine a creator selects a video they own in an online editor. The editor displays a local preview through a blob address. The creator copies that address to another computer, where it fails. The failed link does not establish that the export was corrupted, because the creator may never have exported or uploaded a finished file at all.
Return to the editor's documented export or sharing controls. Confirm whether the task is to save an authorised file, publish a project or create a restricted share link. These are different outputs. A preview playing in the editing tab is evidence of a preview, not proof that another device has access to a completed deliverable.
Do not handwrite a replacement object URL
Blob identifiers are opaque; replacing part of the text or changing the hostname does not reconstruct the backing object. Nor should a viewer try to extract a protected streaming resource simply because a player uses a blob source internally. Use the publisher's authorised download or sharing route and respect the content's permitted uses.
If a creator's own preview disappears while the project remains open, record the action that preceded it and whether the source file is still available. The application may need to recreate its preview through its normal workflow. Repeatedly pasting the old object address into new tabs is unlikely to answer whether the editor retained the project correctly.
Verify the real deliverable elsewhere
For an exported authorised file, confirm that saving completed, then open the saved file through a normal file path and the intended player. For a published share link, test the documented audience-access route with appropriate permissions. Do not send private account cookies to make another person's test work. The link's access model should be part of the product's supported sharing feature.
Keep the preview and delivery results distinct in the project note. A successful outcome might be an exported file whose content was checked, or a restricted share page that the intended audience can open. It should not be described as a working permanent link merely because the original editor still has an active blob address in memory.
Questions answered
Can I send a blob address as a video link?
It generally depends on its creating browser context and backing object. Use the application's supported export or share feature instead.
Does a broken blob preview prove my account expired?
No. Object-URL lifecycle and browser-context restrictions are separate from an account term.
