Read the gift offer you actually hold
Claro’s Brazilian gift-card FAQ describes access beginning at redemption and a separate activation process for the Globoplay benefit attached to that offer. Read the current card and eligibility information before planning around a partner service. This article does not establish that every Claro plan or gift promotion has identical benefits.
Keep the card confirmation and the account used for redemption together. If another person gave you the card, distinguish receiving the message from completing redemption. A gift sitting in an inbox does not establish that its subscription benefit is active in the intended account.
Complete the separate partner step
For the eligible offer, Claro directs the viewer to the official Claro tv+ subscriptions page after redemption, to sign in and choose Ativar for Globoplay. Use the current official subscriptions destination from the service rather than copying an old promotional link from an unrelated page.
Check which account is signed in before completing the handoff. Then inspect the resulting partner access. Successful Claro tv+ viewing and completed Globoplay activation are different states, so record the result of each instead of assuming one automatically proves the other.
Report the stage that is missing
A useful support note identifies the gift offer, redemption confirmation, service account and the partner activation result. State whether the activation control was absent, the handoff failed or the partner account opened without the expected access. Keep redeemable codes and passwords out of public screenshots.
If the benefit is not displayed in the current account, ask the official provider about that specific offer before buying a separate membership. This is a route to clarify entitlement, not a promise of a refund, automatic transfer or a new partner subscription.
