The device and platform

Check the intended screen directly
Use a short dialogue passage on the screen you plan to watch. Read from your usual position, then inspect a visually busy scene. Subtitle readability can depend on the screen and room as well as the text style, so a phone preview is not enough to assess a distant television.
If the fixed appearance does not meet your needs, establish that before committing to a long film session. This article does not claim that changing an operating-system caption preference overrides FILMICCA’s presentation. Ask the provider about the current device-specific options instead of assuming a hidden menu exists.
Separate translation from display style
FILMICCA’s language help describes original audio with Portuguese subtitles, while domestic Portuguese works have captions where available. A readable style cannot supply an unoffered language, and a language track does not guarantee the size you need.
For a shortlist, record the film and the specific caption requirement that matters to you. A simple note such as Portuguese captions confirmed or appearance unsuitable is more informative than a broad label saying subtitles work. These are your own observations, not results of testing by IPTV Europe.
Report the right limitation
If the current app differs from the cited help, tell support the film, device and exact option you see. If text is cut off or out of sync, record the time in the film; those symptoms go beyond the published style limitation. Keep the issue focused so support can distinguish a feature request from a playback fault.
Questions answered
Can I customise FILMICCA subtitle appearance according to the current help?
The cited help says this is not currently available.
Does that prove the subtitles are always burned into the video?
No. The help describes a style limitation; it does not establish that technical claim.
