The old password may not complete the transition
FitFusion’s FAQ says users need to set a new password the first time they use its new web player and apps. Begin with that transition instruction if you are returning after time away. A rejected old password does not, by itself, establish that the account or subscription is gone.
Use the email associated with your existing account. Check an earlier confirmation if you have several addresses. Creating a new account with a different email can make it harder to tell where the original subscription belongs.
Use the reset sent by the official service
The help describes a reset prompt and an emailed link. Start from the official app or site and look for the message in the relevant mailbox, including junk folders if necessary. Keep the reset within that flow rather than following an unrelated advertisement for account assistance.
After setting the password, sign in again and inspect the account identity. Do not post the reset link in a public support thread. If an email never arrives, record the account address and time of the request for the service’s private support process.
Check access before making another purchase
Once sign-in works, inspect the subscription state and a chosen video. A working password proves account entry, while paid content access is another check. If the page invites a new purchase, compare the original seller and account before confirming it.
The FAQ distinguishes website subscriptions from Apple and Google arrangements. Use the receipt to identify yours. This article does not establish that a password reset cancels, transfers or restores a recurring payment automatically.
Report the precise stage
If you still need help, say whether the reset prompt is absent, the email is missing, the new password fails or the account opens without the expected access. Those are different observations. Include the app or browser version, but keep passwords and reset links private.
Questions answered
Does FitFusion document a new password on first use of the new platform?
Yes. That is the transition described in its FAQ.
Does an old-password failure prove I need a new subscription?
No. Complete the account transition and inspect the existing subscription route first.
