The device and platform

A CC control does not answer everything
FOUND TV says it works with filmmakers on captions but that a file may not be available for every film at release. Begin with the selected title. A platform supporting captions is different from that film having a supplied track.
Inspect the caption choices through the current player. The provider mentions a browser CC icon and notes that app controls can differ. Use the documented control for your screen rather than assuming the same icon is in the same place everywhere.
Check a passage that can demonstrate the track
Choose ordinary speech and confirm that captions appear in a language you can use. A silent or music-only opening may provide no evidence. Then inspect a later passage if the film’s style changes between camera sources or recordings.
This is a suggested preparation routine, not a report that IPTV Europe checked the film. If captions are necessary, make the result part of the title choice before settling in. Do not treat the absence of text during one quiet scene as proof that the entire track is missing.
Describe absence and faults separately
If no track is offered, ask whether captions are available for that exact release. If a track appears but is out of sync, unreadable or incomplete, note the time and symptom. These questions need different investigation.
Keep the title, device, app or browser and selected language in the report. A screenshot can help illustrate a display issue, provided it contains no account code or personal information. Avoid promising another viewer that captions exist because you saw the CC button alone.
Choose a workable alternative
If the selected film does not meet your needs, inspect another currently available title before making a separate rental decision. The provider’s stated effort toward more captions is not a release date for a particular file. Plan with the track that exists today rather than a hoped-for update.
