Begin with what you intend to attend
Jolt’s FAQ documents Rent Now for online film viewing, an Events section with RSVP for event tickets, and Watch Replay when a recorded past event is offered. These actions can appear around the same film but describe different purchases. Read the selected action before proceeding.
Write the intended outcome in one sentence: watch the documentary at home, attend the stated session or obtain the offered event recording. That sentence is a useful check against a checkout screen. If the screen describes another outcome, stop and inspect the offer rather than assuming it will include everything.
Compare the confirmation with the plan
After a transaction, use the confirmation and My Orders record to identify what was obtained. For an in-person session, retain the stated place and event time. For online film viewing, retain the film and access-window information. For a replay, keep the exact recorded item named in the order.
Coordinate with other viewers using those details. “We have the film” can mean several things and is weak evidence when one person expects a scheduled discussion while another expects an on-demand rental. A title alone cannot settle that difference.
Handle an absent option honestly
If no replay is offered, do not infer that one will appear because an event has ended. If an event is sold out, a film rental is not automatically a substitute for attending it. Ask about the actual option you need or choose an available current offer.
If the wrong item appears in the order record, use the official support route with the product and transaction details. This article does not promise a transfer, replacement or refund. It helps identify the intended and obtained products so the enquiry is concrete.
Questions answered
Is a film title enough to identify the ticket?
No. Keep the offered action and the exact order product together.
Is a recorded replay guaranteed after every event?
No. The FAQ describes replay purchase when a recorded past event is actually offered.
