Search for the function, then verify its behavior
Use the model’s embedded or official manual for Quick Start+. Follow the route shown on that television and inspect the selected state. Avoid enabling unrelated HDMI settings merely because they appear near an older screenshot.
Compare the ordinary wake action after a supported change. Keep the viewing app unchanged so screen startup and app loading remain separate observations.
Retain the standby distinction
LG describes Quick Start+ as keeping the TV in standby for faster startup. It should not be treated as a claim that the television was fully disconnected or that every app restarts freshly.
A useful support report includes the installed webOS and whether the control is absent, moved or available but ineffective for the intended task. This page makes no measured startup-time claim.

Does Quick Start+ make a player’s loading time disappear?
