The device and platform

Use the website for the transaction
Reserva Imovision’s official FAQ says a one-film rental is bought on its website and then becomes available in the account’s apps. If you cannot see a rent button inside the app, that can reflect the documented workflow rather than a broken title page.
Before checkout, confirm the exact film and the account email. Read the offer’s current timing and price. The FAQ describes a 72-hour rental, but the confirmation for your transaction should remain your reference for the actual order.
Carry the account across, not just the film name
After payment, open the official app and inspect the signed-in account. Match it with the account used on the website. Searching the film in an app logged into another account can lead back to a fresh offer instead of your rental.
Keep the receipt nearby while checking. It gives you a stable reference when posters or translated titles look similar. Do not treat a trailer playing as proof that the rental entitlement has arrived; inspect the full-film action.
Separate checkout, entitlement and playback
If no order confirmation exists, the unresolved stage may still be the transaction. If the order exists but the app does not show access, describe the account or entitlement mismatch. If access is shown but the video fails, record the playback message and device.
This sequence is an explanatory method, not a claim that every failure has one of three simple causes. Its value is making your observations clear enough for support to investigate. Avoid another payment merely to see whether it changes the screen.
Plan the actual session
Choose the screen and a viewing slot before the rental window becomes tight. Confirm captions through the title’s available controls if you need them. For help, supply the film, order reference, purchasing route and app device through the provider’s private support process. Keep passwords and full card details out of screenshots.
Questions answered
Can the rented film be watched in an app after website payment?
The official FAQ says it will be available in the account’s apps after payment.
Should I start a subscription just because the app lacks rental checkout?
First follow the documented website rental route and check the same account. The FAQ offers rentals without subscription.
