Use the order email as the starting point
Troma Direct documents a streaming signup offered through its shop checkout. For that route, it says the viewer receives a separate Troma NOW welcome email and uses the email address from the shop order to begin signing in at the streaming site.
Keep the order confirmation while locating the welcome message. If you cannot find it, check the original purchasing address before trying several alternative accounts. A physical-product order and a streaming signup should be identified separately in your records.
Establish the NOW password
The instructions direct the viewer to the emailed sign-in link and then to set a Troma NOW password. They explicitly distinguish that password from the Troma Direct password. Use the new viewing credentials for the documented app route.
If a shop password fails at the streaming site, do not immediately treat the membership as absent. Check whether you completed the welcome/sign-in process and which address was used. Keep the issue narrow: an incorrect password, an uncompleted setup and an absent transaction are different account states.
Return to the shop for this billing route
Troma Direct says a subscription obtained through this checkout is managed in its My Account area, rather than the NOW website. Keep that management destination with the original receipt so it remains clear when you need to review a payment or renewal.
This article does not generalise the shop route to every Troma NOW subscription. If you paid somewhere else, begin with that seller’s confirmation. Use the actual purchasing history to determine where management belongs instead of assuming every service-branded account page controls the same payment.
