PTV World is a legacy identity to resolve

A September 2025 publication on Turkmenistan’s foreign ministry website records its ambassador attending the launch of Pakistan TV, explicitly describing the English-language channel as replacing PTV World. Keep that naming change in mind when an older favourite, programme archive or channel list still uses World. The World mark shown here is a historical identity reference.

For a present programme request, retain both the older label you encountered and the current Pakistan TV name. This helps another person resolve the listing without assuming two independently scheduled modern channels. The World This Morning section publishes dated programme items. One example is the interview with Nigerian creator Kayode Pelumi-Ridwan from May 2026. Its individual video page attributes the item to Pakistan TV Satellite, supplies the date and gives a duration of seven minutes and ten seconds. Those details identify a particular selected segment.

That duration should not become the running time of the entire morning programme. Keep the guest and segment title when the request is for that conversation; ask for the complete dated edition if the full show is needed.
