RTVA Andorra: short summary, interview or radio magazine

Find the right RTVA programme form and recognise dated archive seasons in Andorra’s combined television and radio programme index.

Similar news names can identify different forms

RTVA’s programme index describes Andorra al dia as a brief daily summary, while Andorra actualitat is identified with Ràdio Nacional d’Andorra news. The index also includes television interviews, longer radio magazines, thematic programmes and historical anniversary productions. A list of titles is consequently not a video-only catalogue.

Begin with the viewing need. Choose a short summary for a quick overview, a full bulletin for a more complete edition and an interview for the guest’s extended answers. The shared word Andorra does not make the items interchangeable, and a radio item may be the correct result even when no video appears.

Use the exact programme and medium

If you remember a guest, event or subject, match it to the programme form before choosing an episode. A morning radio conversation can later become the subject of a television report without the two recordings containing the same exchange.

Save the programme title, edition date and medium. For a quotation, note who asked the question and whether the answer comes from a complete interview or a later edited report. This prevents a short news summary from being treated as the full conversation it summarises.

Read archive-season labels as archive information

The checked A–Z page retains items marked with older seasons and one-off anniversary years. Their presence makes them discoverable, but does not establish that each series is currently in production. A recurring time printed beside an older title can also belong to that archived programme description.

For an upcoming broadcast, consult the current schedule. For a historical programme, use its dated catalogue entry. Keep the two tasks separate: a page can remain useful as an archive reference after its original broadcast appointment has ceased to apply.

Build a purposeful Andorran viewing selection

For a language or local-culture session, choose one complete interview or thematic item and a clearly stated question. A local-place programme can introduce a parish or landscape; a news bulletin can establish what was being discussed on a particular day. Use each for the evidence it actually provides.

Reopen the individual item when planning repeat viewing and inspect any current availability message. The programme index does not guarantee a permanent replay, a particular subtitle track or worldwide access. This guide follows the broadcaster’s published descriptions and does not claim playback or receiver testing.

Questions answered

Are all titles in RTVA’s A–Z index television videos?

No. The index includes radio and television forms, with descriptions that identify the medium and programme purpose.

Does a retired season in the index mean the show still airs at its old time?

No. Use the current schedule for appointments and the dated entry for archive discovery.
