Use the Andorran broadcaster identity
RTVA identifies Andorra Televisió and Ràdio Nacional d’Andorra as distinct parts of its service. A Catalan-language programme from Andorra should retain that identity rather than being replaced by a Catalonia-country broadcaster entry. The language can be shared while the local news, presenters and programme purpose differ.
For an Andorran bulletin, keep L’Informatiu or the actual title with the date and edition. A national flag or a general Catalan-language group cannot identify the precise programme a viewer wants. Local subjects are one reason the broadcaster name is more useful than a broad language category.
The live and à la carte routes are different
RTVA’s current site separates live television, live radio and an à la carte programme area. Opening a radio show does not create a video-picture fault if the resource is intended for listening. Likewise, a live Andorra Televisió entry follows the schedule rather than starting a chosen programme independently.
For a missed edition, use the programme list and retain the date. A short report can sit near a complete bulletin without being the same resource. The most recent programme result is not necessarily the edition the viewer remembers, especially for daily news.
Read the programme version in its own context
Catalan speech, subtitles and an interface translation are separate attributes. A reader using English navigation should not infer that every programme supplies English audio or text. Inspect the options actually attached to the item and the player surface being used.
This is useful when the aim is language learning or following a particular local interview. Retain the Catalan title with an English explanation if needed. Replacing it entirely with a broad translated subject can make it harder to locate the exact item among similar reports.
Match the report to the selected resource
If the wrong programme appears, state the live channel or catalogue entry selected and the relevant date. If sound plays without moving pictures, first establish whether it is a radio resource. If the correct video fails, keep the visible message and playback stage separate from the programme identity.
For an IPTV Europe enquiry, the meaningful request is the Andorran broadcaster, programme and version. It should not imply an Andorran office, institutional relationship or automatic inclusion merely because a national companion card appears in the guide.
