TPA 1 and TPA 2 need their complete channel labels

Angolan regulator INACOM names TPA channels 1 and 2 separately in its public-television notice. Keep the number when checking a programme instead of treating TPA as one interchangeable feed. A television brand, a distributor's guide position and the receiver button used at home can all be different pieces of information.

The INACOM notice dated November 2025 describes a conditional arrangement involving an operator's basic package and a limited period. It should not be shortened into an unlimited free-access promise or an overseas subscription entitlement. When a viewing question concerns reception, retain the actual operator, package and date alongside the broadcaster's name rather than assuming the regulator's notice applies to every route.

TV Zimbo is a separate programme destination

TV Zimbo's own site provides live, programme and information-programme routes under its Angolan broadcaster identity. Its programme material identifies Fala Angola and Jornal da Zimbo separately. Someone following a citizen's report and someone seeking the complete daily news bulletin therefore need a programme name as well as a national channel category.

Keep TV Zimbo in the request rather than substituting TPA because both concern Angolan news. An embassy media directory also links TV Zimbo as a distinct Angolan media source. A shared language or country does not establish that two broadcasters carry the same report, interview or complete edition.

Fala Angola and the Jornal require different search details

TV Zimbo describes Fala Angola around reporters following public concerns and appeals. Its Jornal da Zimbo description concerns a selection of national and international news. These descriptions give useful programme-level context: a local issue featured in Fala Angola need not appear with the same length or presentation in the broader bulletin.

For a remembered citizen report, save the location, subject and edition date together with Fala Angola. For the Jornal, preserve the complete bulletin date rather than only a short story extracted from it. Other names on the broadcaster's programme page, such as Debate Livre, identify further productions; their presence in a directory is not a permanent appointment time.

Use the Angolan edition and a dated local clock

For a live programme, record its broadcaster, full service or programme title, calendar date and the time basis printed in the announcement. Use Africa/Luanda when that clock is explicitly Angolan local time. Convert the dated programme for a viewer abroad rather than carrying over a remembered difference from Lisbon or another European city.

For an archive, retain the original edition date and distinguish the complete programme from a report or promotional extract. Portuguese navigation cannot establish every audio or subtitle option. These regulator and broadcaster references identify Angolan services and published programmes; they do not establish IPTV Europe carriage, an unlimited reception offer or rights to show each production internationally.

Questions answered

Can TPA 1 and TPA 2 be reduced to one TPA entry?

Keep their numbers. INACOM identifies them separately, and a programme named for one should not automatically be assigned to the other.

Does INACOM’s 2025 access notice promise unlimited free viewing?

No. The published notice includes operator-package and time-limit conditions. Check the actual route and current terms.

What helps locate a Fala Angola report?

Keep the programme title, place, subject and edition date, and distinguish the report from the complete Jornal da Zimbo bulletin.
