TVCA, Radio Centrafrique and ACAP are different media

The Communication Ministry identifies Télévision Centrafricaine as TVCA. Official ACAP reporting separately names the television service, Radio Centrafrique and the national news agency among the country's public media. Keep the actual medium when locating a programme: an ACAP news article, a radio discussion and television pictures are not one interchangeable channel.

A government WebTV or press-conference page can publish material relevant to TVCA without representing its complete linear feed. Preserve the original producer, programme or event and date. A national flag or the word Centrafrique helps with geographic context, but it cannot establish the selected service or the format of an individual item.

The “7e République” reference names a studio

ACAP's October 2026 account describes the inauguration of TVCA's renovated studio named 7e République. That is a production-facility name, not evidence of a newly launched television channel. The event also included a round-table discussion about the government's first hundred days, which is a specific programme occasion rather than the entire daily schedule.

For someone locating that discussion, retain the event date and subject as well as TVCA. A news report about the inauguration can establish what happened while omitting most of the discussion itself. Decide whether the viewer needs the complete round table, a selected interview or an article before sharing the first matching result.

The reported schedule change had an experimental period

The same official account explains changes to television and radio operating schedules and explicitly describes the new programming as experimental until 8 December 2026. This dated qualification matters. It should not become an undated promise about permanent broadcast hours or proof that the radio and television services follow identical timetables.

For a current appointment, use the latest programme announcement and verify the edition date. A start-of-service change is different from a title-specific schedule: it does not identify the time of a particular bulletin, film or debate. A future review date also does not establish what schedule will apply after that experiment ends.

Keep the full edition and Bangui date together

For a live appointment explicitly expressed in Central African local time, use Africa/Bangui with the calendar date before converting for a viewer elsewhere. Preserve the TVCA programme or event name rather than treating a general operating-hours notice as a complete guide. For a replay, distinguish the original transmission date from the later article or upload time.

Where Sango or French presentation matters, keep the actual language need with the programme and confirm its edition. A French ministry article does not establish the video's audio or subtitles. These primary references identify TVCA and dated programme developments; they do not establish IPTV Europe carriage, nationwide reception performance or access to a complete archive through another provider.

Questions answered

Is 7e République another television channel?

The October 2026 ACAP account uses that name for TVCA’s renovated studio. It should not be promoted into a separate feed.

Does the 2026 experiment establish permanent TVCA broadcast hours?

No. The report explicitly describes an experimental period. Check a current programme announcement for the intended date.

Does an ACAP article provide the complete TVCA round table?

Not necessarily. A written account and the complete television discussion are different items; retain the event date and desired format.
