Use the current ERT service labels
ERT’s current live pages distinguish ERT1, ERT2 SPORT, ERT3 and ERT Cosmos among the broadcaster’s offerings. Older saved lists can retain shorter or previous labels. Match the actual current service and programme instead of assuming that every familiar ERT mark represents the same schedule.
ERT2 SPORT’s name is especially relevant when searching for a sports programme. A service label is still not an event fixture or a guarantee that a particular match will appear. Keep the competition, session or fixture and date with the request.
ERTFLIX and its live channels have different geographic questions
ERT’s current FAQ describes ERTFLIX as available worldwide while explaining that content can differ outside Greece. It separately states that the live ERT1, ERT2 SPORT and ERT3 routes are not broadcast abroad because of rights. These statements must be read together, not shortened to all Greek television is worldwide.
If a catalogue video is playable abroad but a domestic live feed is not, that difference is not proof that the app has forgotten the account. Start with the selected item and the official territorial condition. A platform opening successfully cannot establish rights to every resource it lists.
A programme page is more precise than a broad category
ERT’s programme listings distinguish live transmission, repeats and items available on ERTFLIX. Use the programme’s date and episode when following a series or documentary. A short excerpt, editorial description and full episode can appear close together without having identical playback availability.
Greek spoken audio, an original-language performance with Greek subtitles and a dubbed version are separate needs. The website’s language does not create an absent programme track. Inspect the actual item and surface when a subtitle or audio option matters.
Frame the problem before changing the setup
For a regional or territorial message, preserve its wording and the selected service. For an event mismatch, retain the current ERT service label and fixture date. For a failed video, record whether loading stopped before the programme began or after playback started.
The official ERT account and content conditions remain relevant to the actual viewing location. A country guide and an ERT logo do not provide those rights through another provider, and a generic worldwide subscription menu should never be used as evidence that every Greek live feed is included.
