Viewing location
SNRT’s television services have different roles
SNRT describes Al Aoula as a general family service, Tamazight as a service centered on Amazigh language and culture, and Al Maghribia in relation to the Moroccan diaspora and foreign audiences. These are useful distinctions, not interchangeable labels for one Moroccan channel.
A programme remembered from Al Aoula may be encountered in another presentation or repeat context elsewhere. Retain the actual service and original title. An international audience role does not establish that the complete domestic schedule is replicated at the same time.
Name the Amazigh-language requirement precisely
SNRT’s own description identifies Tamazight, Tachelhit and Tarifit within its Amazigh-language programming context. A broad Arabic-or-French choice would miss that need. State the language and exact programme rather than assuming every item in a national collection uses the same dialogue.
A French synopsis, Arabic interface and Amazigh programme are different layers. Ask separately about spoken audio and available subtitles/captions. A translated web page is not proof of a selectable text track in the video player.
The diaspora route is a separate programme question
Al Maghribia’s audience context can be useful for viewers outside Morocco, but it should not become a blanket claim of worldwide rights to every domestic programme. Use the actual current channel or item information. A diaspora-oriented service and another platform’s catch-up library can have different schedules and availability.
For cultural performances, documentaries and series, retain the edition, episode or production year where relevant. A short promotional clip may identify a work without containing the complete programme. Shared SNRT branding does not remove those resource differences.
Use Casablanca’s rules for the actual date
Africa/Casablanca is the directory’s Morocco time-zone identifier. Do not automatically apply a French or wider European clock rule because a programme description is in French. Use the exact event date and both viewing locations when comparing a live schedule.
Seasonal and calendar-related clock arrangements make a fixed remembered difference unreliable. Keep the publisher’s zone and day label with the title. An on-demand publication date remains separate from the original television slot and should not be used to shift a whole guide.
Prepare a Moroccan viewing request
Name Al Aoula, Tamazight, Al Maghribia or the actual alternative source, then add the original programme, episode/date and language requirement. If a regional service matters, retain that region rather than replacing it with a national label.
For IPTV Europe, the purpose is to discuss that precise viewing need. The guide does not create a Moroccan office or local-currency offer, and an SNRTmark does not establish bundled access. Use the service’s official programme and device information for any separate broadcaster-account route.
Questions answered
Are Al Aoula and Al Maghribia the same schedule?
Do not assume so. SNRT describes different service roles; identify the actual feed and programme.
Should an Amazigh-language request be reduced to Arabic or French?
No. State the specific spoken language and programme, including the relevant Tamazight-service context.
