Keep the current service label

RTCG’s current navigation distinguishes TVCG 1, TVCG 2, TVCG 3 and TVMNE. Older references may use TVCG Sat or MNE SAT wording. Preserve the actual current entry alongside an old label rather than assuming every saved name represents an identical schedule.

TVCG 3 also carries a different programme context from a general channel; the broadcaster’s own documents identify the third parliamentary programme separately. A number should not be dropped when the request concerns a session, bulletin or event. The shared RTCG brand does not make the services interchangeable.

The portal and a selected programme are different routes

RTCG’s official site provides live television choices and programme/archive material. A selected interview, documentary or old film is a different resource from joining the current television feed. A recording’s production date can also differ from the date it appears in the current schedule.

For a missed programme, keep its exact title and broadcast date. For a parliamentary session, identify the session as well as the service. A short news extract and a complete session recording can share the same subject without being equivalent viewing choices.

Language needs belong to the programme

Montenegrin-language programming, Albanian-language material and imported works can appear in different contexts. A general country setting does not establish the soundtrack, subtitle or text version of every item. Inspect the selected programme and retain its original title.

If the issue concerns text, state whether the requirement is translated subtitles, same-language captions or a different accessibility edition. Do not infer those from an app’s menu language. The controls and availability can also differ between a live feed and a selected recording.

A meaningful Montenegrin programme comparison

When the picture differs from the guide, compare the same TVCG or TVMNE service and time. Include what actually appeared. When only an archive item fails, retain its title, date and visible message. A successful live channel does not prove all recorded items have the same publication or rights conditions.

Use the current broadcaster and distributor information for access from the intended location. An old reception announcement or a national logo cannot establish the terms of a different account. The country guide identifies the programme requirement without promising every service in an IPTV Europe plan.

Questions answered

Should an old TVCG Sat label automatically replace the current TVMNE entry?

Retain both labels as context and match the actual current service and programme.

Why keep TVCG 3 distinct from TVCG 1?

The number identifies a separate service and programme context, including parliamentary material.

Does a live channel working establish every archive item?

No. Compare the actual recorded item and its conditions separately.
