TVR 1 is not the whole TVR family

TVR’s current programme information lists numbered services alongside identities such as TVR Info, TVR Cultural, TVR Sport, TVR Folclor, TVR Moldova and TVR Internațional. These are separate services. A general TVR logo should not erase the label that identifies the programme a viewer actually wants.

Regional programme entries also matter. A local news edition from Cluj or Timișoara should retain that context rather than being turned into an unspecified Romanian feed. A national programme and a regional bulletin can have related branding without sharing the same full schedule.

TVR+ is the viewing platform route

The current TVR+ web-player page presents individual live channel choices. Selecting one of those is different from opening a programme or news result elsewhere in the broadcaster’s site. Keep the actual entry and surface with a playback or schedule question.

For a recurring show, retain its date or episode. For a documentary or film, preserve the title used in the Romanian catalogue. A translated description can help explain the subject but should not replace the original title when the purpose is finding the exact item.

Moldova and international labels are not decorative

TVR Moldova and TVR Internațional identify different programme contexts from a domestic TVR 1 entry. The shared Romanian language does not make them interchangeable. An international or cross-border label also does not establish the same catalogue or account conditions on every other distribution route.

This is useful when a viewer recognizes a programme but sees a different bulletin, presenter or time. Compare the full service names before assuming the guide clock or stream is broken. The feed edition may explain the difference without any change to the device.

Make Romanian language and version needs explicit

A Romanian-language production, original audio with Romanian subtitles and a dubbed item answer different needs. Interface language does not establish the media tracks. Inspect the selected programme and report the actual audio or text option rather than relying only on the country category.

An IPTV Europe enquiry is clearer when it names the TVR service or regional edition, programme, date and required version. The official references establish the broadcaster identities; they do not assert a third-party right to distribute every service listed on the TVR platform.
