TVT and New World TV are different publisher identities
Togolese official communications identify Télévision Togolaise, or TVT, separately from the New World TV group. Keep the broadcaster's full name when locating a programme rather than treating all Togo television as one feed. A public bulletin, another group's news channel and a short report can concern the same subject while offering different editorial productions.
For TVT news, retain the original channel and the edition date. An official article about online bulletin viewing can establish a publisher route without becoming a complete guide to another provider's catalogue. The national country context is useful, but it cannot replace the actual television service, production or viewing format.
New World’s Info services need their language label
The publisher-authored New World TV app listing identifies Info1 and Info2 in relation to French and English news, with Transnat separately described around local-language information. Preserve the complete selected service and confirm its spoken edition rather than reducing the group to one generic news channel.
The language requirement should stay with the actual programme. A French interface does not establish French audio on every selection, and a local-language service description is not a list of every selectable track. If a household needs a particular Togolese language, keep that specific requirement and verify the edition instead of assuming that a country flag or the word Transnat resolves it.
Magazine and Muzik are distinct from news and sport
The same app listing separately names New World TV Magazine and New World TV Muzik, describing cultural or entertainment material and music clips. These identities are useful when locating an artist, performance or programme. They should not be treated as alternative labels for the Info services or as evidence of a sports subscription's full rights catalogue.
For a musical appearance, retain the artist, selected service and edition or video title. A clip, interview and live performance can feature the same person while providing different material. For sport, use a current fixture announcement and the named service; an old tournament promotion cannot establish continuing rights for a different competition or year.
Use a current programme record and Lomé’s date basis
New World TV also exposes a programme-guide route. A guide link or app listing identifies a publisher's service without proving that every device or territory has the same selection today. Follow the current provider route for the actual device and retain the selected channel in any availability or playback request.
For an appointment explicitly expressed in Togolese local time, use Africa/Lome with the full calendar date before conversion abroad. For replay, preserve the original edition separately from the article or upload timestamp.
