Find the regional programme rather than a general promise

Chaupal focuses on Punjabi, Haryanvi and Bhojpuri films, web series and short films. Its official introduction presents these as separate language collections across genres including drama, action, comedy, thriller and romance. Start with the specific work and format rather than assuming a general regional-cinema subscription covers every recent theatrical release.

The publisher’s app listing describes a Worldwide or Travel plan but also warns that some content varies by country or region. Check the selected title within the intended location. A plan supporting international use is different from a guarantee that every film is licensed identically in every territory.

Check the television entitlement before pairing

Chaupal’s Android TV instructions explicitly say a mobile-only plan will not work on a television. Installing the official application and successfully recognizing the account are separate from holding a plan that includes that screen. Check the existing offer before treating a television payment prompt as evidence that the original phone purchase disappeared.

Use the platform-specific instructions for the actual television. The help centre has separate Android TV, Mi TV and Samsung guidance, with different account-menu wording. Pair the original account through the documented route

The Android TV guide distinguishes an email-created account, using email and password, from a phone-number account using its activation page and the code shown on the television. Follow the current on-screen prompt with the original account. Creating another email account can leave the correct subscription attached to the earlier phone identity.

For the documented phone-number route, Chaupal directs viewers to its official Activate Device page on a phone or computer and the six-digit TV code. Keep that code private and enter the one currently displayed. If the screen or account method differs, use the matching official help article rather than retrying instructions for an unrelated streaming service.

Prepare downloads and separate household preferences

The publisher listing advertises downloads on phones and tablets and multiple profiles with qualifying yearly Premium and Gold plans. Use the actual supported app and eligible programme, then verify a completed local copy before disconnecting. A television installation or a place in Continue Watching is not itself an offline download.

Profiles keep viewing preferences and progress separate; they should not be read as an unlimited simultaneous-stream promise. For an issue, retain the plan, country, account method, intended device and exact work. Those details distinguish a regional title restriction, missing TV entitlement, profile selection and failed device pairing.
