A recognised login does not describe every membership
The CNMA Arthouse login page explicitly accepts the same user details as Home of Horror and Filmtastic. That establishes a shared credential route. It does not say one subscription includes all three services, or that a Prime Video channel purchase is a direct CNMA membership.
If you already use one of those direct services, try the documented existing login rather than immediately register another identity. Then inspect the product recognised by the account. A successful sign-in and permission to watch the selected CNMA film are different results.
The direct service documents a residence check
CNMA’s published direct-service terms identify Germany or Austria residence as part of signup and describe verification. The FAQ separately discusses viewing while travelling within the EU. Those are different contexts: temporary viewing abroad should not be interpreted as worldwide eligibility to establish a new direct membership.
If the account requests residence evidence, follow the genuine account process. Repeated password resets cannot resolve a different signup condition. Keep account-verification questions separate from whether a chosen device can start the film; no private account or residence check was performed for this guide.
Make language part of the film choice
The direct FAQ describes German-dubbed films and selected English-original and German-subtitle options. It also says a youth-protection PIN can restrict or release content. These are title/account features, rather than evidence that every film has identical language choices.
Before settling on a film for a language-specific session, inspect that actual item. If a PIN prompt appears, identify it as the content gate rather than assume the shared login failed. This guide covers the direct CNMA route; a Prime channel purchase is not verified by these direct-account instructions.
Questions answered
Can existing Filmtastic credentials be relevant?
CNMA’s direct login explicitly accepts the same user details as Filmtastic and Home of Horror; that does not prove shared paid entitlements.
Does this establish Prime purchase access in the direct app?
No. The documented shared login concerns the named direct services, not a Prime channel account.
