Use the factual programme as the starting point
CuriosityStream describes a factual film and programme service. A useful viewing choice begins with the subject and actual programme rather than treating a catalogue total as a measure of whether a work answers your question.
For a series, keep the season and episode with the subject. A short introduction, a talk and a feature-length documentary can have different purposes. Read the actual item before assuming that a familiar topic label identifies one particular programme.
The standalone product differs from Smart Bundle
The provider’s help distinguishes its Standard subscription from Smart Bundle. The bundle is a product choice, not simply another name for the standalone viewing account. Use the actual current offer when comparing what has been purchased.
A partner benefit named in a bundle does not automatically belong to every direct or hosted CuriosityStream subscription. Keep the exact product confirmation and any relevant activation instructions rather than adding unrelated service logos to an assumed package.
Local pricing and billing route need their own context
CuriosityStream’s international pricing help distinguishes currencies for different locations. A USD figure quoted for one context should not be turned into a universal European charge. The current checkout is the reference for the actual offer.
The help also distinguishes direct promotions from purchases billed through app platforms. A promotion available on one purchasing route cannot automatically be applied to another seller’s account. Identify the original biller before attempting a plan change.
Keep an access question separate from programme evaluation
If a programme is not offered under the account, identify the current title and product. If it is offered but fails, collect the device and error. A documentary’s subject or recommendation is not itself proof of an account entitlement.
