Name the event and the account product
DAZN’s help separates ordinary subscription viewing from pay-per-view events. Start with the exact event, date and product offered on its page. A logo for a sport or competition is not enough to establish whether that event belongs to the regular subscription.
Keep the advertised bout or fixture with the question. A promotional programme, build-up video and the main paid event are different items even when they share an image. Identify the selected video before interpreting an access prompt.
A pay-per-view transaction is additional
The current PPV guidance describes purchasing an event in addition to the relevant subscription arrangement. A registered free account is not automatically the paid product needed for that offer. Read the event’s current checkout and account conditions.
If the event asks for payment, confirm the active account and product rather than repeatedly resetting the player. An access choice and a video that starts but fails require different evidence. Keep any actual receipt privately for the correct account route.
The purchasing screen can differ from the viewing screen
DAZN describes different purchase routes for browsers, mobile app stores and television devices. A TV can be a place to watch while another supported screen completes the order. The absence of a purchase control on one screen does not prove the event cannot be viewed there.
Follow the actual device’s official route, including any legitimate code displayed by the app. Do not enter payment information into an unrelated page merely because it uses the event’s poster.
Event limits are not general device allowances
The current UK PPV FAQ distinguishes its single-device event condition from other account viewing. Do not apply a general subscription’s device assumptions to every separately purchased event or copy one country’s offer into a worldwide promise.
For help, include the exact event, purchasing account, actual device and failure stage. Separate an unrecognised purchase, an event not currently offered and a stream that fails after starting. Those distinctions are more useful than saying only that the sports app is not working.

Can purchase and playback use different screens?
