Move from discovery to a programme
Demand Africa combines food, culture and lifestyle editorial material with video-on-demand and linear streaming. An article or recipe can suggest an interesting subject, but it is not itself a film entitlement. Follow the official Watch route when your goal is to play a programme, then identify the series, season and episode or the named film.
A useful discovery note has two parts: the subject that attracted you and the actual screen title. For example, a regional-cuisine article may prompt a search for a cooking programme, but the article headline may not be the programme’s title. Retain the link that led you there so you can retrace the connection.
Keep the direct account recognisable

Before starting another subscription, identify the email and seller on your existing receipt. A successful login on the editorial website should not be your only evidence of a current paid viewing account.

Choose one big-screen route

Start with one route and keep it fixed while checking the result rather than switching between a television app, browser tab and phone mirror at once.
For a casting check, note the sending device, receiving screen and selected programme. Confirm that you can find the intended receiver before you start the full programme. If the phone plays while the receiver remains idle, report that specific handoff; it is more informative than saying the subscription does not work.
Treat codes as account-specific instructions

Preserve the original offer message and the resulting account state, with payment details removed, if support needs to review the redemption.
