Direct availability and partner-channel territories differ

Looke’s current first-steps help identifies Brazil for the direct service and separately lists additional countries for its Prime Video channel. These are different distribution routes, not proof that a direct Brazilian membership supplies the same application access everywhere the channel is sold.

Choose the actual destination and offer for the country where you intend to watch. A film’s production country does not determine streaming eligibility. If a title matters to the decision, inspect the actual programme on that route rather than relying on a shared Looke logo in another market’s search result.

Prime and telecom purchases keep their own management

The FAQ explicitly says the Prime Video Channels offer has no direct account linkage with Looke. The account-and-billing help also directs partner subscribers to the partner for cancellation and reactivation. A direct website password should therefore not be expected to manage every hosted-channel purchase.

Keep the actual receipt and app with any access question. A partner’s package benefit, a separate channel purchase and a direct membership are different states. Before accepting another offer, inspect whether the current subscription needs the documented partner login or activation route instead of a new direct account.

Looke Kids combines a child profile with an age selection

The first-steps guide describes activating Looke Kids for a chosen profile and selecting an allowed age classification. It gives different account-menu routes for computer and mobile. The child-friendly collection and the classification setting should be inspected together rather than assuming a profile’s name alone restricts the programme selection.

Use the actual profile intended for the child and save the selected setting. Do not confuse profiles with the plan’s separate simultaneous-screen allowance. A household can have several viewing identities without each additional icon enlarging the number of videos permitted at once.

Saved films can become unavailable outside Brazil

The download guidance says copies can expire and may become unavailable after leaving Brazilian territory. This is a material travel condition: retrieving an eligible film does not automatically create a worldwide, permanent version. The terms also describe eligible temporary saves rather than an unrestricted video export.

Before travelling, inspect the completed item, current account and offered availability on the actual device. Keep the partner/direct route with support if a membership is not recognised. A territory condition, a restricted child profile and an incomplete save need different next steps even though each can appear as a film that will not open.
