A visible programme can have a limited replay period
M6+ carries broadcaster programmes and replays whose availability can be time-limited. A programme seen last week may no longer be offered in replay today. That change does not automatically mean a television has lost its connection or the account has been deleted.
Inspect the current programme page and the exact episode. A collection banner, trailer and full replay can have different purposes. Keep the original broadcast date with the search when identifying which item you expected to return to.
The free service and paid products coexist
The M6+ interface can present freely available programming beside paid products such as M6+ Max and named pay-TV offers. The general application name does not tell you which access arrangement applies to every item.
Before buying or diagnosing anything, compare the programme’s label with the product active on the account. A separate paid channel should not be described as a feature included simply by registering for the broadcaster’s free streaming destination.
Classify an advertisement before changing settings
The broadcaster’s own advertising help distinguishes its free and paid experiences. Record whether you were watching a live stream, a free replay or a specifically eligible paid item before concluding that the wrong account was selected.
A programme promotion and a conventional commercial break may also appear in different contexts. Use the actual current product description for the chosen viewing route rather than treating any payment as a universal removal of every interruption.
Catalogue and playback need different evidence
If an episode has disappeared, check the replay window and available access option. If it is offered but fails to start, keep the device, app version and error with that episode. Reinstalling an app cannot establish that a broadcaster must retain an expired replay.
For a paid entitlement question, use the account’s actual product and purchasing information through the genuine support route. Keep private account and payment details out of public screenshots. A precise programme and access category make the next step clearer.
