Recognise the Spanish rebrand
Mitele became Mediaset Infinity in Spain in 2025. An older saved instruction can therefore use the Mitele name while the current Spanish service uses Infinity. This history helps identify the intended destination without inventing two unrelated memberships.
Check the actual official Spanish page or app identity when following an old reference. An outdated name in a bookmark and a failed account login are different observations. Keep the source of the reference with the question rather than assuming every old logo points to a separate active product.
The national edition is an essential part of the name
Mediaset Infinity also exists in an Italian context. The Spanish and Italian services have their own programme and account arrangements. A shared brand spelling does not establish that an account, plan or title list can be moved between those editions.
For a Spanish programme request, use the Spanish edition’s actual title page and product information. Do not infer a feature from a search result about the Italian app simply because the logo looks familiar.
Free viewing and Infinity+ need separate descriptions
The Spanish launch distinguishes the free platform from Infinity+. Creating an account, finding a programme and choosing a paid product are therefore separate steps. The access label on the selected item should be read alongside the active account product.
If a programme asks for an upgrade, identify the exact item and edition before changing the device. A paid-product prompt can be an access choice rather than a video-decoding fault, while a confirmed entitlement followed by a playback error needs different evidence.
Make an old-reference enquiry specific
Name the former Mitele reference, the current Spanish Infinity destination, the programme and the action attempted. If the problem concerns a previously paid product, retain the actual receipt and seller privately rather than assuming every historical account follows the same migration rule.
Use the genuine account help for private login questions. Keep passwords and account-verification links out of public posts. Preserving the national edition and the old-versus-current name is more useful than treating the entire Mediaset brand as one universal television account.
