The free account and a paid TV offer differ
Molotov’s terms separate its basic account from paid offers. A channel appearing in the interface does not by itself identify every playback or recording benefit on the account. Begin with the selected subscription and the particular programme.
If a recording action is unavailable, inspect the offer and the programme’s conditions before treating it as a remote-control problem. A visible button can describe a possible feature without establishing that the feature is enabled for this account and item.
A recording is tied to the service arrangement
The terms describe access to recordings associated with the relevant subscription. That is different from possessing an independent video file that remains playable regardless of the service. An account listing can retain useful information without providing an unconditional ownership claim.
Before changing or ending a subscription, review what happens to recordings under that arrangement. Do not assume that a programme in the library has become a permanent offline copy. The account product and recording conditions remain relevant.
Programme permissions and retention are separate details
The ability to view a channel does not establish identical recording permission for every programme. A rights condition, available playback control and recording retention period need their own treatment. One successful recording is not a test of the entire schedule.
For a useful comparison, name the programme, channel, broadcast date and whether the recording was created successfully. Distinguish a failed recording action from a previously created item that can no longer be opened.
Use the actual market and travel conditions
Molotov’s terms describe temporary EEA viewing in a specific paid-subscriber context. That should not be rewritten as universal international access for every free or paid account. Use the current terms for the account concerned.
When requesting help, separate the product, recording status and viewing location from the device symptom. Retain the exact message and keep private account details out of a public post. This is more precise than assuming that a recording label overrides every subscription or regional condition.
