Free to install does not describe every programme
TNT’s published help says the application is free to download, while most content requires a television provider and some content is periodically unlocked without sign-in. A playable unlocked episode therefore does not prove that every episode or live stream has the same access condition.
Check the particular item and its prompt. Keep the network identity TNT or TBS in the enquiry; these US entertainment-network instructions should not be applied to another country’s similarly branded channel or sports package.
The requested account belongs to the provider
TBS’s sign-in article directs viewers to select their television provider and enter that provider’s account credentials. It separately says a message that the package does not include the service should be checked with the provider. A recognised username and an eligible television package are different parts of that process.
If internet and television come from different companies, identify the television arrangement that actually carries the network. Do not assume the household’s internet bill supplies the requested channel entitlement. Use the provider listed for the viewing route rather than entering an unrelated streaming-service password.
Keep a code, an account error and a package message separate
The TBS help also describes television activation through a code displayed on the device. A code entry problem, rejected provider credentials and a package-exclusion message concern different stages. Retain the actual message and the stage where it appeared before restarting the whole process.
