Match the event to the current package

Vidio combines Indonesian entertainment, originals, live television and sports, but its current package table does not describe one universal membership. The October 2026 list distinguishes Platinum, Platinum Extra, Ultimate and separately named sports offers. Begin with the competition and actual event page rather than treating a Vidio logo as proof of every sports entitlement.

The same table distinguishes Ultimate Mobile from Ultimate All Devices and separately lists Malaysian and international offers. Check the viewing country, intended screen and purchase route together. A domestic package description cannot establish the same programme rights in another territory, and a phone offer should not be selected solely because its duration matches a television offer.

Keep the IndiHome Diamond exception intact

Telkomsel’s current IndiHome guide explains that existing Diamond soft-bundle users can retain their package, but attempting Premier League content prompts an Ultimate upgrade. Crucially, it separately says existing hard-bundle users retain Diamond including Premier League access. The words Diamond and existing customer alone therefore do not settle this question.

Find whether the benefit is the stated soft bundle or hard bundle before paying for a replacement. IndiHome’s instructions use the mobile number registered with that account for Vidio app or web access. A different phone number can create an account-recognition problem even while the home television benefit remains active.

Read a mobile carrier benefit as its own offer

Pasti SIMPATI’s Vidio Gold Mobile conditions specify the Android or iOS app on a phone or tablet and expressly exclude the Vidio television app and website. They direct customers to sign in with the Telkomsel number and SMS verification. That restriction belongs to this named benefit, rather than every subscription carrying the Vidio brand.

A carrier’s streaming-data allowance is also different from a programme subscription. Telkomsel’s Vidio page discusses Kuota Nonton separately from membership. Check both the activated benefit and remaining eligible data before a long event; a successful account login does not prove the network traffic is covered by the expected allowance.

Download selected episodes before travelling

Vidio’s download instructions describe an arrow on eligible programme details in its application, a resolution choice and a downloads area under the watchlist. Use the actual film or episode and verify completion before leaving the connection. A live sports page or saved favourite is not a completed offline programme.

The same guidance says signing out removes downloaded items and that downloads expire. Read the current item’s notice before travel and retain the correct account. For a locked event, report the package name, purchasing provider, intended device and event; those facts are more useful than repeatedly reinstalling the app.
