Films and series differ from live sport
WOW’s German offer separates content interests into products. A live sports event and a film should not be assumed to belong to one all-content subscription. Begin with the actual programme and the active subscription shown in the account.
An application can display promotions for products not yet held. If an item offers another subscription, inspect its label before changing the device or paying again. The programme’s product category is essential to understanding that screen.
An annual commitment can still use monthly payments
The sports help distinguishes monthly and annual commitments. A recurring monthly payment inside an annual term is not automatically a cancel-anytime monthly product. The account’s stated commitment and end date matter.
Before accepting an offer, inspect what the payment figure covers and the applicable cancellation timing. Do not import the terms of another provider’s sports subscription or assume that a prominent monthly amount settles the contract period.
Separate account benefits from video failure
For a missing programme benefit, identify the content subscription and any relevant Premium layer. For a playback error after access is recognised, record the event or film, device, app version and actual message. Those are different support questions.
Keep the account’s offer and confirmation privately for commercial enquiries. A precise description of the product and failure stage is more useful than treating every WOW screen as proof that all sports, films and playback features have been bought together.
