Not every promotion is a platform-inserted advertisement
A creator can speak about a sponsor or include a promotion inside the video itself. That is different from an advertisement inserted by the platform around the video. Premium’s description should not be turned into a guarantee that every creator’s promotional segment vanishes.
If an interruption seems inconsistent with the membership, note its form. A pre-roll advertising unit, a spoken sponsorship and another viewing context are different observations. The distinction helps avoid treating editorial content within a video as a failed account benefit.
Check the actual account on the viewing device
A television, browser and phone may be signed into different Google Accounts. Before deciding that a membership benefit is missing, confirm the intended account on the actual surface. A Premium receipt attached to another account does not establish the state of the screen being used.
Keep account details private. For a comparison, record the device and which kind of video or viewing mode was selected without sharing credentials. An installation success does not test every membership function.
Describe the benefit and the specific result
Use the actual current membership help for a feature such as supported offline viewing or background use. The availability of one benefit does not imply that every device or every programme context has identical controls.
For a support question, name the expected benefit, the account product and what actually happened. This is more precise than saying that all YouTube advertising should be absent because the person owns a Google device or once paid for another YouTube-branded service.
