The television product is separate from ordinary YouTube
YouTube TV is a US live-television membership. Ordinary YouTube videos and YouTube Premium are different products. The presence of a YouTube app on a European television does not establish access to the YouTube TV channel package.
Begin with the exact product name when comparing an account or a charge. A shared Google sign-in does not turn one membership into another. The actual subscription and geographic conditions remain essential.
The home area affects local television context
Google’s help directs viewers to the network list for their home area. Local station availability is therefore a different question from the presence of a national channel. A channel list quoted for another US location is not automatically the correct local line-up.
When comparing a programme, keep the station identity and home-area context together. A locally scheduled broadcast and a national network event can lead to different availability questions even if the programmes have related branding.
Domestic travel and international travel are different
A person travelling within the United States can encounter a different local-network context from the account’s home area. Google separately states that YouTube TV programmes cannot be accessed while travelling internationally. Those should not be compressed into a vague statement that the service works abroad.
A European country guide or IPTV logo does not override that boundary. Do not interpret a normal YouTube video playing in Europe as a test of a YouTube TV subscription’s international access. They are different products and media routes.
Keep the programme and viewing mode with the issue
A live local station, a national channel and other account functions should be named precisely. If access is unavailable, read the actual location message before changing the player. A location condition is not the same observation as video starting and later buffering.
Use Google’s genuine account help for private membership details and retain the actual product confirmation. The useful description includes the programme, relevant home-area or travel context and the device, without publishing private account information or proposing a geographic workaround.
