A missing Fubo recording may belong to another profile

Inspect the profile that scheduled the capture before deleting a series rule or treating the whole account’s DVR as empty.

A logo is identity evidence

Identify who scheduled the particular programme

Fubo’s current Cloud DVR help says each user profile accesses recordings scheduled under that profile. To find a specific recording, it directs viewers to switch to the profile that initiated it. Begin with that question when a programme seems absent on a shared television. A hypothetical household can have a film recorded by one person and a game recorded by another without both appearing in the selected profile’s library. The account being subscribed and the television being signed in do not yet identify the profile that created the recording instruction.

Inspect Recordings and Scheduled as different states

Fubo’s My Stuff help separates Recordings, Watchlist, Continue Watching and Scheduled Recordings. On the web, these are distinct selections within My Stuff; connected-device layouts also expose their own categories. Look first in the initiating profile and then in the category appropriate to the airing. An upcoming instruction belongs under Scheduled, while a captured programme belongs under Recordings. A show in Watchlist is a discovery entry, and Continue Watching gathers unfinished viewing. Treating all four lists as interchangeable can turn a correctly saved recommendation into an assumed DVR capture that was never scheduled.

Compare the recording with its own restrictions

Once the actual recording is located, check where you intend to play it. Fubo says device restrictions on the original broadcast carry over to the cloud recording. A programme that was not allowed on mobile does not become mobile-playable merely because it was captured. The publisher separately specifies a nine-month recording period and says content expires at that point. These are different explanations from selecting the wrong profile. Use the exact observed stage: absent from this profile, scheduled but not yet aired, present but restricted on this device, or no longer retained. A general storage total does not distinguish them.

Resolve the intended household action

For an upcoming programme, confirm the actual Record selection in the intended profile and verify the scheduled entry. For an existing capture, return to the initiating profile instead of recreating the household’s entire recording setup. If nobody can find it, keep the episode or event, airing and profiles checked with the support question. Do not delete a profile as a discovery test; the documented next step is switching to the one that initiated the recording. A clear comparison can establish that the capture is present in one profile and absent in another without claiming that the service lost the programme or that a different device will recover it.

Questions answered

Are Fubo DVR recordings automatically visible in every profile?

The help says each profile accesses its scheduled recordings and instructs viewers to use the profile that initiated a specific capture.

Does a title in Fubo Watchlist prove it was recorded?

No. My Stuff documents Watchlist, Scheduled Recordings and completed Recordings as separate categories.
