A receipt and a song file are different things
Stingray says its Karaoke Download Store closed in June 2026 and no longer supports login, purchases or re-downloads. Older instructions saying you can always return for another copy have been superseded. Begin with the files you already saved rather than trying to recover them through a retired checkout.
Look in the folders and storage locations where you kept the original downloads. Record the filenames and formats without renaming or deleting anything during the first pass. An email receipt can identify a purchase, but it is not the playable backing track or its lyric data.
Check one item before reorganising everything
Choose one recognisable track and use a player or karaoke device that supports its format. Check sound, lyrics and the intended version. This is a suggested verification step, not a claim that IPTV Europe has tested your files or that every device supports them.
If the item consists of more than one associated file, keep those files together while examining the format requirements. Do not assume that moving only the largest file preserves every part of the karaoke experience. Make an ordinary backup of material you legitimately saved before attempting a major reorganisation.
Do not expect the streaming account to be the archive
A current Stingray Karaoke subscription is another access route. It should not be treated as a personal locker for files from the closed store unless the current product explicitly offers that function. Verify a song in the streaming catalogue separately from finding a file on disk.
For a planned gathering, write down which songs you confirmed locally and which depend on an app connection. This distinction makes a practical fallback possible without promising that every old purchase has a current streaming equivalent.
Ask a support question the notice can answer
If a saved file fails, report the format, device and precise symptom through the relevant support route. If the problem is that no copy was ever saved, the closure notice gives no promise of restoration. Preserve the receipt for your records, but do not interpret it as an available re-download link.
Questions answered
Can I use an older help article promising future re-downloads?
The newer closure notice takes priority: store login and re-downloads are no longer available.
Can saved files still work?
Stingray says previously saved files remain usable on compatible devices; check the format and device you intend to use.
