Choose the episode, not just the series
Tivibu’s technical FAQ describes its download-and-watch feature on GO mobile devices and points to a download button for the chosen film or episode selection. Start with the exact item you intend to view. A series being visible does not prove that the intended episode has been saved.
Record the season and episode in a short viewing note. If several instalments are queued, inspect their completion states rather than treating the first finished transfer as confirmation that the whole season is ready.
Keep the storage location in mind
The relevant copy is in the mobile app on the device where you prepared it. A television favourite, a GO library entry or a home receiver recording is a different object. Do not assume the same title appearing on another screen means its video is stored there.
Use the app’s own downloaded-content controls to check the item. Before leaving a reliable connection, inspect the current access and any displayed conditions. This article does not establish an unlimited offline period, file export or the ability to transfer a mobile copy into a television player.
Plan a small, realistic queue
Choose the films or episodes that fit the time you will actually have. The provider notes that download capacity depends on the device’s available storage. A focused queue makes both storage and episode order easier to manage.
If an item lacks the expected control, check its current detail page and account access before repeating a large download. Do not infer every title’s eligibility from a general feature description. For a journey, retain a legitimate alternative if the wanted item cannot be prepared.
Identify the failing stage
If a download does not work, state whether the button is absent, the transfer fails, the completed copy will not open or the item has expired. Include the title, phone platform and message. Keep that report separate from Smart TV package permission, which is a different access condition in the GO terms.
