Name the service and the screen
Tivibu’s support distinguishes GO from the home and satellite television services. Begin by identifying whether you want the GO app or content delivered through an existing home receiver. The shared name does not mean every package or control is interchangeable.
Choose the programme and the screen you intend to use. A phone session, a smart-television app and a receiver connected to a television are different routes to inspect. Keep that distinction visible when comparing an offer or reporting a problem.
Read the Smart TV option
The current GO terms say supported Smart TV viewing requires the option that includes Smart TV access. A mobile or web package should therefore not be assumed to authorise the television app merely because the credentials are accepted.
Before paying or changing equipment, inspect the active package’s screen permission and the actual television model’s supported route. A message that a package does not include a channel is an entitlement question; a channel lock is a different setting documented by the technical help.
Keep rented films separate from pack content
The terms distinguish individually rented films from the package price. Read the action on the chosen film before assuming it belongs to an included film selection. Retain any separate transaction confirmation.
For a planned evening, check the film and screen before the start time becomes urgent. If you already ordered it, inspect the purchasing account and the offer’s own deadline instead of repeating checkout. This guide establishes no universal rental duration or promise that all films are included in a cinema-labelled pack.
Use the mobile features for their intended job
Tivibu documents mobile offline viewing and a GO smart-remote feature for a Tivibu Ev receiver on the same modem. Those are different functions: one concerns a locally prepared programme, while the other controls home equipment. Casting or installing the app should not be assumed to reproduce either automatically.
If something fails, report the function, current package, device and exact message. Current technical help and account details take priority over old browser-version lists. This article describes the documented workflows and original checking advice; IPTV Europe did not test a Turkish account or receiver.
