Use the cultural catalogue according to format
CaixaForum+ is the cultural and science platform of Fundación “la Caixa”. The foundation’s programme information describes free registered access, while the platform separates on-demand videos from audio-only podcasts. A podcast opening without moving images is a selected format, not necessarily a failed video decoder.
For an interview, concert or documentary series, retain the exact item and episode rather than only the subject collection. Cultural collections can contain a short introduction beside a longer work. Compare the selected running programme before assuming a brief item is an incomplete stream.
Registration language is not the same as a subtitle track
The registration page offers communication/interface language choices. The help separately describes original-language content, Spanish and Portuguese subtitles and Catalan on part of the selection. These are different decisions: selecting the account language does not establish that every programme has that same text track.

Before a journey, inspect the completed copy and its offered availability. A link saved in a browser will still need its own playback conditions. If a download expires, opening another device’s profile screen cannot extend the saved copy’s window. Use the current help for the exact allowance rather than a number retained from an earlier app version.
Territory and the screen remain separate checks
The platform’s help conditions viewing outside Spain and Portugal on the relevant content licences. A free account does not make every item worldwide. If a programme disappears while travelling, identify the title and location before interpreting it as an account deletion.
Television-native applications, AirPlay and Chromecast are distinct routes documented by the service. Verify the application on the intended model and retain the selected route when seeking help. For missing sound, distinguish player volume from device output; for missing subtitles, identify the track selected. These concrete observations are more useful than a general claim that the entire cultural platform does not work.
