The same words identify two different formats

Stingray’s Australian April 2022 announcement described All Good Vibes as a Prime Video bundle of Qello Concerts, Karaoke, Classica, DJAZZ and Naturescape. Its current Stingray Music site also has an All Good Vibes audio channel. The latter is a programmed music selection, not a subscription receipt for that five-service video bundle.

First identify the surface in front of you: a music-channel page, a named video bundle or a single component’s offer. An audio playlist with the right words cannot establish access to concert films, opera or karaoke videos.

Choose the relevant component of the video offer

The announcement distinguishes concert films and music documentaries, sing-along karaoke, classical performance, jazz material and nature imagery with music. These are different session formats. For an artist’s filmed performance, the concert component is the useful starting point; for singing, start with the karaoke choice rather than a recording of the original concert.

If you have an older bundle receipt, retain its full name and seller while locating the actual current item. The 2022 launch explains the bundle’s identity. It does not prove that every component, catalogue or current offer is unchanged in every country.

Amazon billing has an explicit management route

Stingray’s current support says its Amazon channel subscriptions are used within Prime Video. It directs management to the Amazon account’s Your Memberships and Subscriptions section and says Stingray cannot manage or refund those external subscriptions on Amazon’s behalf.

Do not use an empty direct Stingray subscription list as evidence that an Amazon purchase never occurred. Compare the seller on the original confirmation first. A component name and a bundle name can both mention Stingray while describing different purchases.

Keep the regional evidence bounded

The historical primary releases reviewed here concern Canada and Brazil and the Australian launch. They do not establish current India, New Zealand or German editions, or the present five-service contents of every local offer.

Use the exact country-specific bundle or component offer for a new purchase. If your purpose is one concert or opera, verify that work in the intended product before choosing a broader bundle. The useful comparison is the actual viewing interest and seller, rather than the number of familiar Stingray logos.
