Use the right part of the Galician service
AGalega is the audiovisual platform of Galicia’s public broadcaster, with live and on-demand programming in Galician. Its official description includes fiction, news, culture, sport and entertainment. A search for the organisation’s news website can lead to an article about a programme rather than the programme’s actual viewing page.
For a television episode, begin with AGalega and the specific series or programme. For a news story, keep the report’s date, because a clip and the complete bulletin can describe the same event while having different lengths and contexts. The portal is not a promise that every historical transmission remains available.
Xabarín and AGalega Audio serve different uses
The broadcaster introduced Xabarín for children and AGalega Audio for radio, podcasts and related audio material as integrated services that can also be reached through separate apps. The current broadcaster landing page continues to direct listeners to AGalegaAudio.gal. A radio episode therefore need not appear as a conventional television video.
Choose the destination according to the task: a child’s programme, a Radio Galega live station or a particular podcast episode. An audio-only item is not a video stream that has lost its picture. Likewise, opening the main portal does not automatically put a device into the separate children’s experience.
A personal list helps organise a rotating selection
The publisher’s platform explanation recommends registration for personalised suggestions, a personal list and notifications. Another official programme announcement explicitly describes rotating content rather than every title being available at once. A saved item can make a programme easier to find without preserving it beyond its offered window.
If a drama or film matters to your plans, open the actual item and confirm that the full selection is available now. Keep its episode or edition identity when asking about a missing programme. A press announcement from its original premiere establishes that a title was promoted then, not that its rights continue indefinitely.
Check the real screen rather than a historical rollout plan
The broadcaster offers web and mobile access, but older launch announcements also contain future-tense statements about television platforms. Use the current store listing on the intended equipment before treating a launch plan as a present compatibility guarantee. An Android phone app and a television-native app are different installations.
The official accessibility declaration provides a route for reporting access barriers. Describe the specific page, device and control involved if keyboard navigation, captions or another function causes difficulty. The existence of an accessibility statement does not establish that every programme supplies every alternative track. This guide documents the independent broadcaster’s service, not IPTV Europe inclusion.
Questions answered
Where should I look for Radio Galega podcasts?
The broadcaster directs listeners to AGalega Audio, which is related to the main platform but has its own audio destination.
Does a saved programme remain available permanently?
No. The broadcaster describes a rotating selection; a personal list is an organisational feature.
