Choose a film from the regional Now Showing catalogue
Flix Premiere is a subscription streaming service focused on independent films and festival discoveries. Its FAQ directs viewers to Now Showing for the films currently available in their region. Search there for the intended film rather than treating a festival selection, editorial review or worldwide promotional image as a current playback entitlement.
The FAQ describes United States and United Kingdom service territories, while the terms say availability changes by location and licence. A film’s premiere or exclusive release can also be territory-specific. Confirm the film and region together before joining solely for one title or assuming a US listing matches a UK account.
Check the programme’s subtitles and content guidance
Flix Premiere’s published terms say English-speaking films do not have English subtitles unless indicated. That is a material viewing constraint if you need dialogue captions. Check the exact film and controls before a session; a spoken-English film description does not establish an English caption track.
The service’s content guidance uses recognised ratings where available and may otherwise provide its own judgement. Review the individual programme information for family viewing. Neither a festival label nor an app-store age rating describes every film’s subject matter, and unrated should not be treated as a family classification.
Choose the current app for the intended screen
The official Apple listing covers iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, while the FAQ describes browsers, other TV apps and Chromecast. Some retained technical instructions name historical operating systems and browsers. Use the present device store and current application requirements rather than copying those old minimums into a new equipment purchase.
Sign in with the existing Flix Premiere account when changing devices so the service can preserve viewing progress. Test the actual title and target screen before a planned shared session. A trailer that plays on a computer does not by itself establish that full protected playback and the required subtitles work on another television.
Manage renewal through the organisation that billed you
The publisher describes recurring subscription charges, and its terms distinguish direct-account cancellation from subscriptions bought through app platforms such as Apple, Roku or Amazon. Find the original receipt and use the relevant subscription controls; removing the app does not communicate a cancellation to that billing system.
The FAQ says cancellation stops future charges while leaving the paid period available. Check the renewal date and current account confirmation, especially if an introductory offer was used. For unresolved access, provide the film, region, device and billing seller to support so a catalogue restriction is distinguishable from an unrecognised subscription.
Questions answered
Should I expect English subtitles on every English-language Flix Premiere film?
No. The published terms say they are not supplied unless indicated; check the selected film.
Does deleting the Flix Premiere app cancel a store-billed subscription?
Use the billing platform’s subscription controls. The terms distinguish that cancellation route from direct-account management.
