Distinguish the free service from the Premium offers

ViX’s current plan help separates Gratis from Premium Con Anuncios and Premium Sin Anuncios. The free selection is advertisement-supported, while the paid plans add their described Premium programmes. A free live channel opening successfully is not proof that the account includes every Premium movie or event.

Choose the actual plan available in the viewing country. The help specifically limits the Premium Con Anuncios offer to the United States and Puerto Rico. A Spanish-language interface or a plan description found through another country’s search result is not sufficient evidence of an equivalent local offer.

Sin Anuncios still has published programme exceptions

The advertising help qualifies the no-ads plan for selected live material, sport, events and content from the free catalogue. This is different from treating the plan name as a promise that no commercial or promotional material can appear in any programme.

Inspect the actual title and mode before reporting that a valid membership has failed. A paid film, a free-catalogue programme and a running sports feed can have different advertising arrangements. Retain the selected item and account offer if an unexpected ad break also causes a playback error.

Offline viewing belongs to eligible mobile content

The download instructions describe selected films and series for Premium Sin Anuncios on supported iOS and Android mobile devices. They direct viewers to the download area or an eligible title’s arrow and say saved items can have a limited viewing period. A television installation is not evidence of the same local-storage workflow.

Before a journey, inspect the completed item and its expiry rather than relying on a favourite or a stream started once. A Premium ad-supported account should not inherit another plan’s download promise without current confirmation. Keep a missing eligibility control separate from a download that has not finished.

Device and subtitle support have item and country limits

ViX’s current device page includes territory-specific caveats for some television brands, while the caption help says language availability varies with the programme. A general smart-TV logo and an interface language are therefore incomplete specifications for a planned viewing session.

Use the actual model, country and selected title to check the route. Open the player’s offered CC option where the programme provides it. For support, distinguish the wrong market’s device listing, a missing text track, an unrecognised plan and a saved copy that has expired; the ViX name alone cannot identify which of those conditions applies.
